Raesine LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of Worrink.com to do the same.

If you believe that material available on Worrink infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

1. Designated Copyright Agent

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To submit a copyright infringement notice, please provide the following in writing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by one notice, a representative list of those works;
  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it, such as the exact URL(s);
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right allegedly infringed.

Incomplete notices may not be processed.

3. What We May Do After Receiving a Notice

If we receive a facially valid DMCA notice, we may:

  • remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
  • notify the user who posted the material; and
  • take additional action consistent with our policies, including warnings, strikes, or account restrictions.

4. Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a written counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal or disabling;
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address; and
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court:
    • for the judicial district in which your address is located, or
    • if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Raesine LLC may be found,

    and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or that person’s agent.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

Raesine LLC may suspend or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers or who repeatedly post content that violates the intellectual property rights of others.

6. Misrepresentations

Please note that knowingly misrepresenting that material or activity is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake or misidentification, may expose you to liability.
